The Scheme offers those clients that subscribe to it purchasing power normally enjoyed only by much larger organisations
The scheme is built around framework agreements, negotiated with preferred suppliers by Red Kite Procurement, and applied by the clients themselves. Subscribers pay no fee to register to the scheme
